Returning to Sonesta ES Suites Austin the Domain Area for the second time was a delight, with its prime location and spacious rooms providing excellent value. the prompt resolution of a check-in mix-up showcased top-notch customer service. Despite the presence of homeless individuals nearby, the overall hotel experience was still safe and enjoyable. Appreciating the decent breakfast, comfortable bed, and friendly staff, the hotel catered well to our needs. While there were some external concerns, the internal amenities and service were up to par. However, contrasting experiences can occur, as my previous stay was marred by cleanliness issues and a general feeling of discomfort. From a coughing receptionist to unclean baby beds and creepy encounters, it was a far cry from the expected standards. Despite having to deal with roaches and security disturbances, the most concerning part was the lack of cleanliness throughout the room.
